vintaged

I accidentally discovered a vintage store right down the block from me. And by accidentally I mean walked in on purpose and bought three sweaters. But. they. are. fabulous. They're the kind of purchase you don't try on until you get home and then once you finally do, you prance around in them for hours.

I can't find my camera so my power of descriptive language will have to suffice. All three are mens so they're oversized (read: divine with tights).

One is a chunky, off-white cable-knit cowl neck that lay wide but hangs short so it's girth is off-set by it's mini length. Another is a charcoal gray with a blue, yellow and pink assymetrical triangles on it. Also hangs mini. Loves. The last one was I was a little weary buying, but once i got it on it looked amazing. I'm not curvy but it hugs curves and in a good way. It's a short sleeve sweater dress circa the 80s (not a favorite decade but it saw some good silhouettes ). It's made out of this cotton-polyester blend so the texture is sort of a natural scrunch which makes it flexible in length. Obviously i'll hike it up when the mood strikes, take it down on days I'm not so brave.

Will post pics as soon as i find the camera. Until then you'll have to take my words for it.
